Competetive mode/Launch Control♠

Could some of you high performance/smart dudes please advise me about the competitive mode and launch control. What are some of the do's and dont's and what i can expect. I dont wanna mess anything up but dieing to try it out. I have 1200 miles on it now, should i wait longer?

Thanks,
Paul

Best thing to do with Launch Control is never use it.

The end result is often a broken driveshaft, axle, or fried clutch.

Amen, I tried it out at the C5F last weekend for the first time and it sucked. Did a way better job of launching with the TC off....much easier on the car controlling the tire spin myself. I would mush rather spin or blow the tires off on launch versus what happens with Competitive Mode turned on.
Don't waste your time with it and your car is good to go at 1200 miles. Have fun at Bandimere my old home track.
