Cars are camera & GPS equipped. Some jurisdictions also have the capability of having the supervisor look at in car video in real time. I'm sure her supervisor would have reminded her about that fact if she was saying she wasn't tailgating.

Nice story! SHe was most likely trying to push you to go faster so she could pull you over and give you a ticket. This is a standard practice for local law enforcement looking to make their ticket quota for the month.
