Don't underestimate the little shitbox!
On a short track the Miata rules and compared to it, the Camaro handles like a schoolbus. Thats why the first mod should be a good suspension.
We have one of the early Miatas in my household, so I can say from experience that it is a serious sports car. It's not very powerful, but out on a curvy road, it feels like a go-kart. It is amazing how hard this car can be pushed through corners and still stick.

I have to say they are a pretty nice car. The guys at the Toyota Dealership complimented me on the mods I did to it. They are just cosmetic, and electronic.
Recalls don't count as "mods." (Sorry, too hard to resist).

Figured I'd add the story for everyone's enjoyment and to make fun of someone haha. My buddy Chris rode down to UCSB (University of Santa Barbara) to drop her off there and was bringing her car back for repair here in Bakersfield. Well turns out the repair is for the A/C because it had gone out on the car. The car in question that I speak of? a newer model VW Bug Turbo however to add insult to injury it is painted with the chameleon paint that changes in the sun (what I call the "rainbow paint") with a nice flower sticker in the back window!! Well those who know of Bakersfield our summers are consistently 100+ degrees so as he is 30 miles out the temp is knocking on triple didgets with no A/C to save his life so he does what anyone would have done, takes his shirt off and uses it on the seat so he is cooler and he doesn't stick to the seat. Gets off at the off-ramp and gets stuck at the next light up. Two hot girls in a convertible Mustang pull up and look over at this poor SOB in a "rainbow" colored VW Beetle with no shirt on...he hilariously starts off with "Well hello ladies" as the light turns great unbenounced to him...which they preceed to follow with "WOW!! Never in your lifetime FAG!! Nice ride!!" and they sped off...

I too this day love to embarrass him every chance I get with that story and it never gets old to me so VW Beetle has my vote!!

cooper would kind of cool if it didnt have the giant GIRLY speedometer in the middle of the front dash.

i like blacked out mini coopers. id never drive one... but i think they look slick for a small car.

Seriously, what is up with that ?

Don't forget the clock that keeps track of "top down" time on the convertible Minis. (I think it actually takes the place of the tach).

I think the SmartCar belongs in it's own little niche.
It's not girly in same respect or manner as the other cars given are. It's just plain stupid.

My wife originally wanted a 2010 Mustang v-6. I told her *%$^ no. We will get a GT with a manual and 3.73 gear. She got to pick the trim and color. Fair compromise IMO. That is what 15 years of marriage with do for ya!

BTW - I believe the Jeep Patriot, any VW and most Subrawho's hold the line for status quo homosexual acceptance/tendency cars.
