How about a poll to dump onstar. I vote for that. IMO, onstar is a waste. I wish you could order it without Onstar or at least an option to delete it.

On other GM vehicles the RPO for Onstar delete is UE0, I will be checking that box on my new Camaro. Everyone will have to educate their salesman because most dont know you CAN delete some equipment on a car.

I say Onstar should not be standard, but as long as it can be deleted I'm happy.

There are way to many things to love about the Camaro to worry about the stupid antenna. We should all praise GM for just bringing back a nice looking sports car.

I like it. It's a good looking shark fin and it's in the center. My Colorado has the XM off to one side of the roof...not good. imho

Former Rides:
1966 Chevelle (1971 to 2007)
1970 Chevelle (1974 to 1991)

Spring of 2009 - 2SS-RS / Red Jewel Tint / Black Rally Stripes / Polished 20" wheels

You could mount them on the rear and pretend it's a 57 Chevy...

With a little extra cable it could even be hidden in the rear spoiler.

Tongue firmly planted in my cheek here.

Just think of all the weight savings you could see by deleting this from your Camaro!

I wonder where GM plans to put the Onstar fin on the convertible? On the hood? Why not have both models with the antenna in the same place? Hope the aftermarket picks up this rubber fin thing, I want the Onstar look for all my cars, especially my forth gen.

I think that was somewhat uncalled for. Perhaps you could clean up your comments a bit. See above post!

Thanks, I just found a couple pictures, it looks like sh1t in the middle of the trunklid. If it was a airplane or boat,it would be OK, but fins on cars went out in the 50's.
