Cost is proportional to the amount of power you want to increase. That is in relationship with the labor, materials, sellers markup. and I'm sure a few other factors involved with tuning, testing, tweaking, upgrading other componets such as the drive line, suspension, gearing, and the list continues. The motor is simply put, like a big air compressor. If you want to get more out of it, you need to put more into it. It is termed "breathing". This is just a simple anology, in depth building takes a lot of understanding of the relationships of the entire scope of the motor and its systems.
The costs can be several hundred dollars to well over 10,000 dollars. I hope this helps. This may not be the best answer, but it generates the idea anyway.

This certainly was informative as I was hoping to keep th car naturally aspirated but still get a good amount of power out of it. Would the dealer do it themselves or would I need to take it to a machine shop or something
