how much does a mod like that cost?

Cost is proportional to the amount of power you want to increase. That is in relationship with the labor, materials, sellers markup. and I'm sure a few other factors involved with tuning, testing, tweaking, upgrading other componets such as the drive line, suspension, gearing, and the list continues. The motor is simply put, like a big air compressor. If you want to get more out of it, you need to put more into it. It is termed "breathing". This is just a simple anology, in depth building takes a lot of understanding of the relationships of the entire scope of the motor and its systems.
The costs can be several hundred dollars to well over 10,000 dollars.

I hope this helps. This may not be the best answer, but it generates the idea anyway.

Absolutely not! It's one of the few dealer approved bolt on's

This certainly was informative as I was hoping to keep th car naturally aspirated but still get a good amount of power out of it. Would the dealer do it themselves or would I need to take it to a machine shop or something

I don't know of any dealer that with bore out the engine for you!
