I've been thinking and have come to the conclusion that the mustang owner down the street has trained him.

Hazman can hook you up! playing with my crayons he just needs a large picture of your car (he will only do a car you own) and if you have anuy ideas he can use those.... he is amazing!

My car is my devil in a blue dress so he took that and ran with it, a few modifications later and it worked for a sig.

check him out

Maybe he can, but if it's a situation like me, my garage is also storage and my work shop space. I can park in there but most of the time I have a project going on.

As far as the bird goes, just kill the little sob. I'm sure there are no shortages of Robins in the world.

Birds are people too man....oh wait....

At work we have antennae that are used for landing aircraft and birds land on them all the time and screw up the signal. The most effective thing we have come up with is a "Bird-X". It sits next to the antenna and plays sounds of different birds of prey. It also plays distressed bird noises as well. You can set the time intervals for whatever you want and adjust the volume. We have ours set to go off every five minutes at the loudest volume. It's LOUD! Don't know if this will work for you or not since you obviously have neighbors to worry about. A lower volume might be acceptable. Plus, you can turn it off whenever you want. This thing works like a charm. It's also fun for scaring the hell out of people if you are into that sort of thing. Trust me, it's very gratifying to see an unsuspecting person run for cover. Cruel? Yes but, very gratifying none the less.

I agree with those who are saying it's the reflection either in the mirror or tinted windows... Try covering the reflective parts on the car & placing a mirror near another roosting place so he thinks his buddy moved.

As for the BB gun suggestions, remember the bird is sitting on the car! We don't want to read another thread about how he broke his window do we? LOL
Also, & don't take this the wrong way (& I'm not a PETA guy, I'm a meat eating, hunter who loves leather interior in cars, wears leather jackets & who is sitting on a leather sofa as I type this ) I know that all or some of those "shoot it" suggestions are in jest, but I just want to remind the OP that most song birds, Robins included, are federally protected under the migratory bird laws, so I wouldn't say anything on a public forum if he would happen to meet with an unfortunate accident.

Excellent reason! I just hate seeing those home make over shows that my wife watches where they turn a perfectly good garage (which already doesn't house the vehicle) into another room of the house. THAT'S THE ROOM FOR THE CAR!!! Or the two car garage homes where both $40k cars are in the drive way and the garage has the $500 lawnmower, snow blower, and a ping pong table that is folded in half and the step machine that doesn't get used anymore - but I digress...

Good luck getting that bird. But really, a plastic snake the mirror should do the trick without enraging the animal rights activists.

I'm glad everyone is getting a good laugh at my expense, all my friends are doing the same. If I wasn't so pissed OR IF IT WAS YOUR CAR I'd be laughing to.

Step 1: Put something extremely sticky over the mirror, so the bird gets stuck and can't fly away.

Step 2: Get the hose.
