AAC LED fogs - I AM STUPID
I am a moron. Drank too much on mothers day BBQ. Sorry Justin, I made a mistake in not specifying that i wanted COOL white.

Yeah, but I'm worried that this is just the color of the LED fogs... i mean why would i order mismatched fogs and halos.. gripe gripe gripe gripe shipoopy

Well that's not the color, because if you ordered the same colors....they'd be the same color

Did you not test them before install? Looks to be mismatched. Hard to tell from the poor pic. They should look the same.
Did you contact AAC or just come here. AAC will take care of you..... we can't help you.

Ur suppose to test the color of the lights before u spend 10 hours installing haha, many of my orders i placed came back with the wrong color such as my halo ring for my fogs,

tested the Halos... ( i don't recommend doing this mod to ANY non-RS without a pro, it is VERY difficult to align halo correctly and epoxy)
fogs are easy to change, so i don't care about testing them... Will have to return fogs and go with another company.. gonna take a while to match the halos white / blue tint.. damnit. Next time someone asks if the non-RS LED fogs match the Halos before they order, TELL THEM THE NO. The order was fast and i love your customer service/product, but I have an email saying the colors match. WRONG Not the wrong order, the non-RS fogs come in one type of white...(Justin made the order not me, which was cool. I love how you can do that) Last edited by guyjusthere; 05-09-2010 at 03:34 PM. |

If I may ad my opinion to this situation. Justin is offering you to return and get the matching lights. I wish I had a qualified AAC person over here on Oahu to do this modification for my IOM. I did order footwell lights and dome/trunk lights from Justin and I am very satisfied with his customer service and quality of their products. If you are not happy return them and move on. Justin your reputation will not be effected by one small mis communication on this order.
Not meant to insult anyone just my opinion on this. Keep up the great work Justin and as always anyone planning a trip to oahu let me know. Mahalo, Craig |

I'm not bashing AAC.. I think it's a great company, I like Justin.
Just making sure my fellow non-RS 1SS peeps know not to try getting COOL white halos and WARM fogs. MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFIY YOU WANT EVERYTHING TO BE COOL Last edited by guyjusthere; 05-10-2010 at 10:48 AM. |
