Super Excited!

Hi. I am from the Philippines and my 2010 RY camaro 2ss / rs , has arrived. Everything has been taken cared of and I am picking her up tomorrow . It's currently 11PM over here and Im picking it up at 6PM tomorrow. I am super excited already. Waited for this for over a month. They have the V6 offered here at the local Chevy dealerships and it costs $60,000+ and need to wait 4 months for it to arrive. I imported this myself.

I need to sleep but I can't. Arrgghhh..
Will post pics tomorrow when I get home yeyyY!!!!

60,000 for a V6? Are you serious? Who determines the value on a V6 like that to mark up that car?

I paid 38,900 for my RY 2SS.

I know you're excited, but seriously, what did you pay? OR, what are you paying for yours?

The tax for new cars here is 100% of the car's value then you'll need to pay some more fees for shipment, duties, etc. That is why import cars cost that much over here. My 08 H2 cost me $110K . Sold that already a couple months ago though.

Yes the 2LT costs 3,088,000.00 PHP = 67,534.17 USD (xe.com/ucc)

That is the price for the v6 at the dealer, per order basis and takes 4 months to be delivered. They do not sell the V8 here.

Well I got my 2SS for a great deal @ $34k. THen the taxes and all expenses would more than double it. But that's ok, these cars are rare here, super rare infact.

So I am excited. I think I am still getting what I paid for. It should be worth it

Congrats and welcome to the club

I went to the PH a few years ago and I have family there so we were able to have drivers to get us around, and boy the freeways there are crazy, I don't think I could drive there haha.
