My 2nd choice, just didin't have the money for the SRT8, that is a good looking car, I have 2 friends that have them and they enjoy them just like Camaro owners.

I was definitely keeping an eye on the Challenger, B5 Blue 6speed with black cloth seats. Priced about the same as a 1SS but ultimately decided on the Camaro because of the Interior and performance of the Camaro. If the Challenger had a better interior and even hp numbers I might have went that way. My 69 super Bee was B5 Blue..

Very nice ride! I love the Challenger and was looking at buying one myself at one point. The Challenger retro looks the most like the original which goes to show that the Challenger design is ageless. Beautiful car!!
And welcome! |

The Challenger is an awesome car, I own an 06 charger and love it. I will eventually own a challenger also, just gotta pay off the camaro first. I have always been a Chevy/Dodge guy and come from a devoted Dodge family. The SRT Challenger is just overpriced brand new. Welcome to the forum and do you belong to LXforums.com? I am over there as bananadaytona#1964.

Congrats on your retirement. NIce gift you got yourself.
However, even thought the Dodge is nice for me the body is a little to square. I like the lines of the camaro but the is my choice. Have fun and enjoy your new ride.

I like the challengers a lot. I do the double take when I see them. I pass one everyday at the same time. We give each other the nod of approval or a quick wave.
If my wife said she wanted one I'd be very happy. (she doesn't) :( |
