X1 + X2 Harness Interest

I am posting this of my own accord since I want to see this come to fruition for my very one selfish reasons

As we have seen posted by Steve, it takes a minimum order of 200 each for each harness to get made by the source ******** is using. Additionally there is a fair amount of out of pocket cost up front from Steve to get these made. Rightly so Steve does not pre-order or take money up front. Additionally as we have seen he has mentioned gauging interest in these.

So far he has worked diligently to bring us the X3 connector to meet the immediate need of adding an aftermarket sub to our Camaros. Now as we are beginning to see the OEM amp isnt where many of us would like to see it.

I for one am not wanting to splice my OEM harness nor do I want/trust others to work on my car, a feeling I feel others share. With 100K camaros having been built I believe there is an interest of at least 400 people in doing this mod.

I have ordered from Steve several times, spoke with him and emailed him. Additionally I have another order coming up. I highly recommend him and have no hesitation giving him my business or waiting on these units.

It seems to me all that is being asked is how much interest there is in this to get this solidified and moving. I would like to make this a post where we can officially show Steve.

Wouldn't trust myself to start splicing wires in my new car so this would definitely be on my list.

If I didn't already do this many months ago, i would, but I spliced into my BA wires, and soldered them

I must have missed the post that talked about what the x1/x2/x3 harnesses are (too busy driving the Camaro)... but if we're talking about a harness that will let me add aftermarket amps (fronts and sub) to a non BA system... put me on the list. I would love to use a harness instead of cutting into my OEM wiring.

If its specific to the BA system... since I dont have the BA system (why buy it knowing I would want to replace it) no interest.

Add Cruzer1 to the list. Recently I have only considered adding the subwoofer amp (which I plan to order the x3 when Tuesday). BUT if the x1 and x2 harnesses are made available I will consider substituting all of the power and bypassing the BA amp. Regardless I would buy all 3 if available.
