Freak,
I see you went with the Injen CAI also... I went with the K&N.... I was searching and it seemed like 50/50 amongst people on here.... So I went with the more familiar name. Will I be very pleased with this CAI also, along with the flowmaster?

Yep, K&N carries great products as well. I have ran the K&n filters in my cars for years and always liked them. So I am sure you will like there CAI as well. Sounds like you bought some nice upgrades. And AutoAnything.com is the cheapest place to buy on the net!! Post some pics when you get them installed.

Yea, it seemed like a great deal! It was actually $704 for both, not 708

I talked with a guy at a local exhaust place, and he quoted me $850 for the flowmaster installed.... so I said Screw that!

I watched the installation video and it seems Very straight forward and simple, so I'm going to do it myself.

I'll get both the exhaust and CAI for 146 bux cheaper then he wanted to sell me just the exhaust installed for!

Thanks for the input! Will post some pics later.

Glad to see so many members saving money. I have been ordering from Autoanything for a while now. Have yet to have any problems. Also as long as the have the items your looking for in stock they have some of the best prices. Be sure to sign up for their email list. The will email you about discount codes. Sometimes the even offer 15% off. Free shipping is also great .

Nice purchase. You will be happy with either set-up for both intake and exhaust.

MRT stands for Mustang Racing Technology. They are located in Plymouth Michigan. They started manufacturing the MRT 1.0 and 2.0 exhaust last year exclusively for the Camaro. Scrming's was the test bed for both set-ups.

Pretty straight forward... I'm sure you could weld it if you wanted instead of the clamp.... or use the clamp and just tack weld it.... I'm sure others have welded instead of clamping it, to reduce the risk of them coming loose.

NICE! I got a whole bunch of mod's on the way. Getting my tint done tomorrow, then my spoiler, G2 Caliper paint, Flowmaster Exhaust, K&N CAI are all already ordered and being shipped as we speak! I'm going to have a busy next two weeks!

So you can really notice the increased performance of the K&N CAI ?

yep... MRT has been around since 2000, so they are not a new comer when it comes to the aftermarket industry! Before Scott Hoag founded MRT he was an engineer and then program manager at Ford... This guy KNOWS cars! LOL!
