texting and driving isn't so bad....if ur by urslef and aren't stupid enough to do it when there is oncoming traffic....or any traffic around you for that matter.

I'm pretty sure statistics show texting is just as bad as driving drunk. Big B, do you drive drunk, as long as no one is around you?

Ya know my social life was JUST FINE before text messaging really caught on. No friendships ever ended because I couldn't text someone while I was driving.

And as for these laws that are coming out against it....the only way it will ever be enforced is in the event of an accident....it's not like ppl are gonna be openly texting while meeting an officer. |

i never text while driving i might look at my phone see who it was and if it wasnt important ill just wait until i get to where im going if its important ill pull over and text them or call

Its just a dangerous practice, IMO. A neat feature I have on my Droid is a talk-to-text thingy, where I just talk into the receiver and it texts it out for me. I think more phones should have this feature, it would help alot of people who text while driving. |
