Should I install the 2 small black decals between the tail-lights that

came with my SLP rear black-out kit?

I see another like mine above(the silver Camaro) that didn't install

the black decals between the tail-lights.

I need to find a picture of somebody that DID install the decals between the

tail-lights for comparison. I think I will paint mt chrome tail-light surrounds

black today.

Very cool man, I've got a question though, the pics of the car on your site have yellow circles showing beneath the taillights where the ones above are all blacked out. Are they different sets? Thanks

I bought my kit for the silver Camaro above from SLP. It was a little bit of a pain to install and thought about taking it to a pro tinter. I like the look without the sides on, kept them just in case I ever change my mind. I sure hope that GM adds the big SS in the front and back for 2011.

Their picture is outdated, but it you look at the "Styles" It shows the areas under the lights.

I want to get this kit, but worried I will mess it up, I have to talk to my buddy who has done vinyl to see if he would feel comfortable doing ti with me. If not I may have to have pro install it because I don't really want to mess it up. If the area under the lights was wider I'd feel better about it, I'd remove the lights even to cover more of the area with vinyl so you don't see the edge of color just before the light bezel.

I got it from SLP like the silver Camaro.

I installed the other 2 decals that go between the tail lights.

After painting my rear tail light bezels black, the decals between

the tail lights look to small, like they need to be about 3/4" longer

to look even with the black bezels. I went to Autozone to look for blank

black vinyl so I could make larger ones, but all I could find was a stripe

kit that cost $20. I don't want to spend $20 when all I need is about

10 square inches not 10 square feet. Here are a few pics, let me know

what you people think? Thanks for any ideas or input. Jeff D.

Looks good to me, I would leave it as is. Glad you chose the SS for the back.

Very nice Goose, how low is your car? Are you adding an SS or leaving it like that?
