How much to fill your tank?

For both the V-6 and V-8?

Until the pump clicks off...continuing to try to "top off" any further can result in raw fuel getting into the evap system...I've seen it too many times. If you think the pump shut off early, try once more...but no more than that.

I try to fill up when I have 1/4 of a tank left, stop once it clicks off. It generally costs $40 to $45 and I use 93 Octane.
Same procedure when I had the LT and I used 87 Octane, generally would cost $30 to $35.

Filled up this morning, *looking up debit card purchases*, 43.09 for 93 octane. Won't put anything less in her.

52 bucks today for premium in my SS. Took about 15.5 gallons, low fuel message was on.

We're suffering from high gas prices in Utah these days. 3.31 for premium.

This is a little off topic but, what would happen if you filled up an SS with regular rather than 93 premium? Sorry for the stupid question just trying to learn...

Considering how badly prices fluctuate here in SoCal.. Right now currently its been about either 3.19 to 3.29 for 91 @ Costco and on an empty tank its about $50 a fill for my V8 M6

Good times
