Just because a bunch of big stars were in the movie doesn't make it good...just more enjoyable to watch the cheese without vomiting.

You asked whether or not it had a good story, nothing was said about the science or any other part of it. The STORY was good because I watched it twice and found it enjoyable. Transformers is cool to watch to me because of the cars and the awesome CG, but the story is... oh yeah there is no story... It's just a cool movie. It's not well done or anything. That aside, Michael Bay and J.J. Abrams have a tendency to put out movies with amazing CG.

But Transformers 3 without Megan Fox will not be the same. Regardless of her acting skills, she was a main character. When you get rid of a main character, the sequels aren't quite the same. Granted they are adding Aladn Tudyk (Firefly/Serenity) to the cast, but he doesn't make up enough for losing a main character.

Steve Dallas - thanks for posting, a lot of mirrors thoughts I had while trying to get through the movie although I did fast forward through large chunks of it.

The first movie was mediocre and I couldnt believe it when the 2nd one made so much money. If T3 makes a ton of money also... well... it will be another very sad day in history.

So after watching TV this afternoon, I saw on the INSIDER that Megan Fox will not be in the new Transformers 3 movie. We just saw on this THREAD HERE pictures of Megan and the new Bumblebee. Well, I guess your not going to be seeing her with that car now! Supposedly her and Michael Bay butted heads, and she's gone. So now the script is going to be re-written. Wonder who the new chick will be?
