just have a stupid question...

I ordered the 2LT R/S.

Will i be getting FULL leather seats, or seats with just leather trim on the side and a canvas middle?

Im really hoping what i ordered gives me full leather seats :S

Well, full leather means only on the actual front seat surfaces, not all of it.

Not sure if this is true on the Camaro, but often leather seats are only leather on seating surface and vinyl on the back and sometimes sides.

If you look at the Initial Ordering Workbook, (page 3) it states "Leather-Appointed Front Seat Trim". My assumption would be that only the front seating surfaces will be leather, the balance of the interior will be vinyl.

i meant it won't be half leather/half cloth

no it won't. It will "look" all leather. But the actual leather is in the front only

^ Yeah I am happy they are doing this to keep costs down, since it does look the same and the vinyl is probably more durable/easier to maintain.

Yes the same as the 2000 Silverado and all since. The seat sides are Vinyl.

Your best bet is to go to the Chevrolet website and use the "Build your car" feature to "make" one just the way you want and it will tell you the exact MSRP for that car. Then you need to find a dealer who has one or will order one for MSRP (or less!). For the SS, about the best you can do is MSRP or maybe if you qualify for the "Credit Union" discount AND have a dealer that will honor it (this will save you about $1200-1500 over MSRP). Good luck.
