But I agree Friday Night Lights is one of the BEST shows on. It will be back on NBC around February. It has a 13 episode run on Direct TV first, then NBC will show those episodes early next year. That was the deal NBC made to keep the show going for a 3rd (but shortened) season. Tune in for it - excellent tv show.
Friday Night Lights is definitely awesome. I am hooked on that show and was glad to see that it didn't die, but went to DirecTV with no commercials (even better than NBC).

The best part of Enemy was the Camaro and it wasn't on there enough.

true Blood is a great series I agree, Sons of Anarchy is another awesome new series. All the good shows are going bye bye, The Shield has 2 more episodes, Boston Legal (I love Denny Crane) is in its last year. The Fringe is also pretty good! Just my opinion!

I still love Heroes though. NBC hasn't failed in my eyes completely yet (if they cancel Heroes, I'll be screaming for blood though).

By the way, if any of you have read George R R Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, HBO just ordered a pilot created and has purchased the rights. That will be incredible TV in the same thread as Deadwood and Rome.
Deadwood rocked how many times did they say **** and cunt in 1 episode ha ha ha my wife watched it once and never again but I loved it! I will be looking out for your recommendation on Song of fire and ice!

If you liked Lord of the Rings, but would prefer a more realistic, grittier, adult version then ASOIAF is where its at.

Also, anyone else watch Eli Stone?

While I watched every episode, I thought the show was average at best. However, it has picked up the past couple episodes and showed some potential. Oh well.

I like(d) My Own Worst Enemy myself. I'm a self-proclaimed TV-Whore.

My favorite shows are currently Heroes, Supernatural, Smallville and True Blood. But I also enjoy The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, 11th Hour, Pushing Daisies, Knight Rider, Bones, Fringe, Eli Stone, Life On Mars, Simpsons, American Dad, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Among others.

Yep, my DVR and Tivo are my best friends. LOL And anyone that hasn't updated to HD yet, DO IT. You will not be disappointed. The picture quality is amazing (I suppose that depends on your HDTV though. If you're buying an LCD get a Sony XBR. Plasma, get a Panasonic Viera TH-??PZ800U or newer model. '??' is screen size. I did a lot of research and these 2 Brand/Lines are the benchmark. Only Pioneer Plasma's were even better than Panasonic, but the price difference was staggering for only minimal differences. AND Panasonic is going to be making all of Pioneer's plasma tv's soon anyway. )

Nice to find someone else that liked Drive. I thought the concept was interesting.

Other shows that shouldn't have been canceled are-

Invasion
Reunion (ONLY 7 episodes left to solve the mystery and they cancel it!!!!)
I can't think of the name... The one with the water creatures a couple years ago.

This sucks to hear, the show was quite good in my opinion and had become one of my "must watch" shows.

As for Knight Rider, after the 13th episode they are changing the series to be more like the original, though I am still not happy KITT is a Mustang and really can't stand that morphing he does.

Totally agree.

The new Knight Rider is a horrible show. Acting and plot lines are terrible. The only things that makes it bearable are the action sequences with the black GT500KR.
