Aint Nothin but a G Thing : D2 Club Feature

Here at D2 we have been sponsoring select car clubs with what ever their modification needs are. We will be featuring some of these car clubs with articles to be released publicly. These guys call them selves the G-Squad and below is there story:

Quote:

What is G Squad?

G Squad is an auto club started in 2004 based on the Infiniti G35 which was released in 2003. The club was started by Vance L. with the vision of uniting the G35 community within the tri-state and had grown to 50 members. However, as the years went on, the focus changed from quantity of member’s to the quality of the member’s character. Today G Squad has 10 active members with cars that range from Infiniti’s, BMW’s, Chevy’s, etc. Although it is no longer a G35 based club we still utilize the G-Squad name.

What is G Squad about?

G Squad can best be described as a “collective effort”. All the members are friends and work together in times of need to help each other. Club members respect each other and treat each other’s cars as their own. Not all G Squad members own cars either, as this is a club heavily based on family values. We welcome individuals who will promote the club the right way and keep the culture rich . We look for the team players who will go above and beyond for the team and most importantly be proud of what you represent. G Squad represents “us”, not “I”.

What’s next for G Squad?

Over the past 6 years, G Squad has grown tremendously as a club. We have new cars in the lineup and some new members as well. However, what will always remain the same is the family value. We look forward to welcoming more likeminded individuals that share a passion for the automotive culture and most importantly “keeping it real”. G Squad will continue to hit the shows heavy, so be on the lookout.

Why partner with D2?

G Squad has known D2 since the days of origin back in 2004. One thing D2 has always been known for over the past six years is quality customer service, quality product knowledge, and consistency. D2 has always been known for being “real” and honest with customers. It was only natural that when the D2Forged line was released, it became EITHER D2 or NOTHING. D2Forged offers the best in design, fitment, quality, and the wheels just have a certain look to them that even on the move you know they are D2Forged wheels. We also still utilize the retail side on D2 for all of our other mods they offer.

Awesome cars in that collection. The Camaro is especially hot with what looks like 22's lowered. Nice!

The design of the wheel makes it look bigger than it really is. Wide open so it give the appearance of being really big.
