It is very obvious in some cases which magazines are biased.

There are no such options, except of glass roof 2k vs camaro 1k power roof. Anyway, this stang didnt have one. If it would, then the price difference will be close to 2,5-3k. As i said, mustang with gears and same options, as camaro will be always more expensive, if its not the base ones. Then the price is the same. Theis no cheaper mustang with gears, v6 or v8.
Simply go to chevrolet.com and ford.com and build 2. 2lt and premium v6. Mustang in any case will be more expensive for 1-2к. |

idk id have to agree you have an extra 2.5k for upgrades for the camaro i think it would either be running equal or little bit better than the mustang

Ul need just cai - 300, headers - 400 + install - 300 = 1k. And ul be equal. Add 3.55 gears 600 + instal and ul be equal to 2008 gt at least in 0-60.
Its all about what u chose. Any of this cars can be a little bit faster in a same price category, if u need. And ofc we chose the sexiest one with a PROPER rear end, amazing old style design and independent suspension! |

At Camaro fest in Ga I ran the autocourse with my stock 1LT RS with man 6 and smoked the doors of almost all the v8's and ran competitve times agianst the vendor prepared cars. With time only allowing me 3 runs final run was a 37.8 avg times being posted were 43-44. Put a Mustang agianst me on a road course where all around performance comes into play and they will loose every time. Ford had to make a HUGH leap in performance with their POS just to be competitive with the Camaro. Driver skill is key wether it is 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile or road racing, but with out the right equipment it means nothing. For me the right equipment is the Camaro from price, performace and style guess that why you see Camaro always on top of the list when its all done and said with regardless of who is doing the survey. Sure you see Mustang win a catagory here and there but all around you can not beat what Chevy gives you with the Camaro.

Only one, cos v6 owners didnt pay + 6-10k for v8. They are not suppose to go to track offen or not at all Well its pretty simple logic, the guy running high 13's with just cai and headers on AUTO. No tune or gears. Add gears and tune + cai and headers and regular driver like me will be in high 13's. But the guys, who know tracks will make it middle 13.s. |

I believe most guys on the bolt on list will be in the 13's in due time. There is nothing special about my car, well maybe an excellent driver. ![]() I caught a good day, that's all. I don't lose sleep 'cause the new V6 stang might be a tenth or two faster, I could care less. My car is a beauty.

Well, again. Camaro was 2lt with RS package. (1500 added) Stang was Premium v6 with navi (2300 added). The rest options was similar, anyway chevy still had 20" wheels coming with RS package and stang had standart painted 18"s. 800$ difference between rs and navi, but the price is 2.5k more, as tested. Its 1.7k difference in equal cars.
