Like the mods say the price to rent Vegas will most likely be to much. Would be nice to know in the next month or two to try and make arrangements with work and all.

First and foremost, I am glad that the first C5F went so well, I lived in Valdosta for 2 years and am extremely happy that it turned out as well as it did. While I did not attend this years event, it is something I would like to do in the future, might still be driving my 4th Gen, but still worth driving too.

Wherever the 2nd C5F is I am sure it will have a great turnout again, with a group like this people are going to show up.

Go ahead and have it there... see how many people from either coast show up.

Even though Valdosta was very convenient for us (only 6 hours from us) I think a more centralized site would be better, and no, I don't think Texas is centralized enough, especially for the ones coming from Canada. And we want them to come, especially since that is where our babies came from after all

I would also like to make a suggestion, what about having it over a holiday weekend, like Memorial Day, Labor Day or something like that? Sometimes people get off of work/college for those days anyway and this gives people a better chance of getting to attend because they won't have to call out as long. Just an idea

To fully include everyone including those from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and all of North America just have it in Rugby, ND the Geographical Center of North America.

Or Lebanon, KS which is the Geographical Center of the Continental US.

Please forgive me for sounding a bit annoying here. With the first C5F that was held in Valdosta, GA people came from all over the country to include parts pretty far west. If it is moved to the West as a trial, the people out East get to travel this time. Not gonna say lets just be fair here, but no matter where it is held, people are going to have to travel.
