Great! I live over behind Bob Evans. My wife has been using any excuse to take the Camaro out so if you see it, it's most likely my wife driving lol.

I was born and raised in Central Ohio but moved to Florida about 25yrs ago. I make it back up to Ohio for a couple weeks a year to visit friends and family.

I've been keeping an eye on this thread just to trip down memory lane. I miss how friendly Ohioans are. The Mod Day threads more than prove that.

I just picked up my CGM 2LT/RS/A6 a couple days ago. I always regreted having to leave my '68 Camaro in Ohio when I moved to Florida.

I wish insurance was as cheap here as it is in Ohio. My Dad says he pays less to insure 4 vehicles than I pay for my two. I explained to him that I probably see more traffic in a day than he sees in week since he lives out in BFE.

Now I'm working to get my break in miles done and my first oil change before I drive it up to Ohio for the Labor Day Holiday. I never realized how hard it was to put miles on a car without doing a lot of highway miles. I'm having to make up reasons to drive somewhere just to put the miles on it. I only live 10 miles from work so I normally only put about 5K miles a year, excluding my 2.5k trips back and forth to Ohio, on my vehicle.

If you're still with me so far thanks for your patience... I was wondering if it was too soon for there to be any get togethers being done around Labor Day weekend? I'll be in Ohio from Sept 1st until about Sept 14th. I'd love to hang out with some fellow friendly Camaro enthusiasts while I'm up there.

Yes, congrats! I'm up in Kettering. Welcome to the group.
We're always planning the next dinner, cruise, car show or mod-day. We just got together at K-Mart up in Beavercreek last night. Had about six of us and gave out a c5.com card to another gen5 owner. Had a great mod-day last weekend, forget how many showed up. I got my new short throw shifter installed (love it) and a lot of others got suspensions upgrades done.

Unlike your guys modded SS Camaros, my car isn't any different than the last pics you took - one of which is my desktop photo at work! Nice pics of Lowbubba's Nova, too! Hopefully my husband will be around to do kid taxi-ing next time so I can stay longer!

Great pics Rd Jewl. I couldn't figure out who had the red SS for a while, then realized it was R's IOM. Those can change color as the day progresses.
