Gotta Love Zaino! Finally got it done...

I bought the Zaino starter kit for about $95 over a year ago. I picked it up so I could detail my beloved 02SS. However, I ended up having the SS detailed and then sold just before picking up the new 5th Gen. Well, being a new car, it didn't need the work over right off the bat. So, the starter kit sat...and sat...and sat...

Until yesterday.

I broke it out and gave it a shot.

HOLY *#@X! It's incredible!!! I haven't seen this thing sparkle like this since day one! I mean...NOW I remember why I loved this color so much! WOW!!! Yes. I absolutely love it.

Instead of taking the SUV out for the night, we took the SS out...and I got the PERFECT parking spot right on the corner of the restaurant parking lot...and everyone on that side of the lot had to walk by it. I swear...there might have been ONE group who walked by and didn't turn, stop, stare, and take it all in. It was AWESOME! Now that I think about it, I wish I would have taken a picture of it right there in the parking lot too. But, here's a few others of it.

LOVE ZAINO!!!

Bout dang time, really?? Same for me, did mine about two weeks ago, ordered my started set after XMas. I as well was shocked as to the results. My CGM looked as though the paint was still wet.. Awesome product..

Yours looks great. I'm also amazed how easily the bugs just wipe off the front end now - and mines a daily driver.

Thankx for sharing.

Looks great ...for a Texas car...

Very nice D.

On a kind of related note, it is amazing how many people have asked me about your wheels since C5Fest. People really like them. And now with your Zaino shots - Wow.

Thanks all!

And speedster, thanks for the compliments on the wheels. I swear...I was sweating the details BIG TIME....to go with the blue stripe? ...no blue stripe?... it was bad...lol I'm glad we went this way. Now...just wait till the rears go on the front and the fronts get sent off for widening! 305's! Sheesh...gotta work the rubber off them as fast as I can so I need new tires...."Honey! I need new tires! now is the perfect time to get the wheels widened!" LMAO!!!

lookin' good! It's amazing stuff. I started buying it back in the late 90's and used it for for my Formula, Z-28, Eclipse, and Acura CL-S. It does wonders and it's all I'll ever use for the Camaro I just love the fact that you can practically put it on anything, even makes the glass really shine!

Looks great! I have the box sitting in the garage as well. Haven't Zaino'ed mine yet either. Almost did it this weekend. Can it be applied when when we already have the Texas heat bearing down on us? I waited too long and my garage is too cramped to apply. Let me know if you did your's outside.

BTW, tires look great!

Thanks.

I did mine in the garage. I washed it outside and pulled it in the garage right off the bat. Dried it...hit it with the zaino detail spray and wiped it down to make sure there were no more water spots. I then hit it with the Z5 and then the Z2. I'm sure you can do it out in the sun, you'd just probably not add any of that blue accelerator to it to make it dry faster.

Tag,

Drive up here to Kentucky and you can put Zaino on my car. It's CGM as well, so it will look similar as yours, so you might feel like it's your car...

:P
