how much to PAINT the stripes on??
i prefer they be painted on instead of the vinal.. it shines more with it painted on and looks better.. i'm stuck between white, cyber gray, and black for the stripe colors.. anyways, anyone have an estimate?

I have seen prices from 1500-2800. The difference it seems is the prep work. If you pay the big bucks they remove you hood, bumper, trunk lid etc. then they sand it down and paint it up so everything is smooth.
On the lower end some places just scuff up the paint after they remove your decals and spray it, so when you rub your finger over say the hood there is a transition from factory paint to the new stripes. I recommend calling around and get some referals before you put your money down. In the end though, you will probably get what you pay for. IMHO |

Dont over pay!. Shop around and even look at the Chevy Dealership. The one in Fort Walton Beach did mine for $550. They removed the Hood, Trunck and spoiler. Wet sanded the clear taped, painted the striped, wet sanded and then re painted the entire part in 4 coats of clear buring the stripes. They look better than the factory finish. Lots of guys have gotten great paint alot cheaper than the quotes above. Do you research and ensure they are repatable and can show you their work. Her eis a picture of mine. I had the choice of over the spoiler or the factory look as well..
