Northern Virginia to Las Vegas..........37 hours and nearly 2500 miles..one way..........Kansas sounds a bit better for East Coast traffic. Although if Edog is leading..............maybe we could cut some time off of the estimated time. Regardless ....will be there ....though the Camaro may stay at home in the liar. I would prefer she not be tempted to gamble if Vegas is the site.

Eh, I think with heartland, it's too far for a majority of west and east coasters. I could be wrong though...

I can see an awesome caravan; almost like an event itself, coming from the west though... can't you? I think that would be half the fun all by itself.

I think late April or early May would be the best time; all the winter stuff has gone and school hasn't let out yet so you don't have all the graduation stuff going on. In addition the "vacation season" hasn't started yet because school hasn't let out so the traffic and rates should be better. And the high summer heat hasn't started yet either so the spring weather should be good even in Vegas or Phoenix.
