I'd love to catch someone doing that one day and break both his arms.

I live in Texas. We are allowed to use deadly force to protect our property at night.

I'd slice off one hand, give him a pair of keys and ask him if hes brave enough to try it again

My sister got her Jeep keyed in college... It is for this reason I'm going to keep my comprehensive deductible @ $100 or lower. I don't want to be forced to pay $500 the next time somebody keys my car.

Some people are serious asses. I am really sorry that happened.

God that sucks! I genuinely hate people. Any bets on the perpetrator's residency status? (had to throw in the obligatory illegal alien comment since you're in Arizona....Tucson, of all place...)

holy shite...he's right!

Texas Penal Code:
Deadly Force to Protect Property
"A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect his property to the degree he reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to prevent the other's imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, theft during the nighttime or criminal mischief during the nighttime, and he reasonably believes that the property cannot be protected by any other means."
"A person is justified in using deadly force against another to pervent the other who is fleeing after committing burglary, robbery, or theft during the nighttime, from escaping with the property and he reasonable believes that the property cannot be recovered by any other means; or, the use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the property would expose him or another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. (Nighttime is defined as the period 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise.)"

Every time I read a thread like this I just can't understand why someone would do this, but I then snap back to reality... there are a-holes everywhere!! Pisses me off to no end. May they die a slow painful death.

Thanks for the support fellas... yea I try not to come off like an ass to avoid stuff like this. But I guess I can chaulk it up to jealousy.
