I'm with Bond - 14/14 shift worker. I fly in to work, the Camaro stays at home. I come back home, and look for reasons to drive the Camaro (and they're not always good reasons - my last one was driving to the 7-11 that was 20 minutes away, instead of the one down the street)

Daily driver. 50 mile round trip for work Mon-Fri, and everything else on the weekends. It will only get garaged if hail is expected.

BOTH......I only live a block from work, so I definitely get the urge to drive it like it's stolen on week ends, but I have time to clean it and baby it some during the week

I drive it to work every day, being cautious where I park. I have friends on the job that knows my car and are willing to park next to me to protect my doors. That is a true friend. When I go home from work I take the longest way possible. I love driving this car. Here are a couple of pictures.

Weekend Warrior (And I like it that way). The Honda does the weekly grind here in the ATL where crazy drivers and mileage adds up.

They won't melt if driven in the rain, they aren't some 200K exotic sports car.. They are a Camaro, Made for the Common man to be driven every day..

If you keep them locked up and only drive them ocassionally then you are missing alot of pleasure.. it makes driving to work and home much more fun.. you find yourself making excuses to go out of your way to go places.. Use it, Enjoy it, You only live once....for tomorrow you may die...
+1,000,000 it kills me how some people act about their cars. Don't get me wrong, I love my camaro, it's a awesome car, but I'm going to enjoy it as much as I can. Mine is a daily driver, except when i ride my bike, which is pretty often. I will drive mine in the rain, I will take a drink in mine, believe it or not the cupholders work great and I've never spilled anything, I will occasionaly eat in mine if I'm taking a trip or running late. granted I won't be eating tacos or a bigmac but if done carefully you can eat and not make a mess. So far I have only ate in it once. the point is it's a car, its a nice car but its still a car and I will enjoy mine.

I just have to ask. Why do people buys cars that, for all intents and purposes, they don't intend to drive? It be cheaper to buy a big print of the car you wanted and hang it in your gargage.

We've had ours for 8 months and it has less than 250 miles on it, I would say it was bought for just a toy for my wife Bunny. We only take it out if it is at least 75 degrees out and bright sunny skies.
