I got an email from my sales lady

she told me there is this guy who formed a local camaro club and they are suppose to be meeting up tomorrow (6-12-10) in the Cabela's parking lot at 4:00.... anyone heard of this?

she passed me his number so I am gonna give him a call in the morning and check on it. If it is true I will post it up if anyone wants to join in... I am thinking about riding to see what its about.

4:00pm today at Don's Seafood in the Cabela's parking lot..they are having alittle club meet..I am planning on going to check it out.

damn i missed that

i also was called late last night by the guys at Fastlane. they wanted all their customers to go to the Midnight 1320/ camaro shoot out, but it was too short of notice. they wanted me to bring my car and Jude's car. qualifying didn't start till 9pm though(hence midnight shoot out) . last i heard from another one of their customers is that LMR's camaro went 9.80 in the 1/4. Fastlane brought a camaro with 940rwhp. didn't hear what it ran though.

Jason and I went to it, it's a small camaro club that these guys just started. $35 for the year wasn't bad so we both joined.

I talked to the treasurer for the Houston club and he said anytime we wanted to get something started just let him know and he could probably help us out with bylaws and stuff. I'm not sure what his screen name was but you could probably contact Mike Lee (mlee) and he could get you pointed in the right direction. I met Mike at C5 fest we both have 5th Gen plates

Cool, then we'll have our first meeting in Biloxi! I'll start getting the paperwork together, if you want to contact him, I'll get with MasterZ and chat with him as well, I know he joined another club this weekend.

Hi...would like to get a local Camaro club started again. Cruises, club events, share the Camaro love. I have some experience in this type of organization and could possibly provide a public meeting place for Camaro owners to meet monthly. Any interest to get started in Baton Rouge?
