Z - yeah, it's foreign, but I think it'll out perform the Mustang pretty easily. I wouldn't buy one though; well, either of them.

Yep, I was thinking combo of older Z and a 911 cause of the way the rear-end is shaped.

I love them both, love Mustangs more and i need a back seat. Besides Firebirds and Mustangs, the other cars i grew up with are Japanese sports cars. My sister had a 1st gen RX7,and a 280ZX and my uncle had a TT300ZX. My boss just sold a '71 240Z,mint,only 21K miles and it was that perfect orange color. Love, love, love a Nissan Z.

It is well documented that Nissan Motor Company filed lawsuit after lawsuit against the business of Mr. Nissan who has a small but legitimate business. The millions of dollars that have been spent on lawyer fees could have been offered to this person in exchange for the webpage and he probably would have sold it. However instead they go right to litigation hoping to outspend the guy and they almost succeeded. Do some research on this and everything in the chronology of events is factual and straight forward...

Just go to www.nissan.com and see for yourself what kind of company it is that Nissan Motor Company for years has relentlessly tried to make his business disappear.

Here is another article that explains this Nissan vs Nissan court battle..

This type of business practice is the main reason I stay away from Nissan Motors.. If only more people undestood what type of company it is... GM didn't go after the owner of camaro.com with a lawsuit...They offered them money to advertise on their site.. Much cheaper to do if Nissan Motor did the same with Nissan Computer..

Oh this sort of thing has never happened in the US...no American company has ever jump right to the lawyers when they have an issue. Oh wait, they do every day. It's part of life in a lawyer filled world. Instead of getting all worked into a tiff about, take advantage of it and go to law school....that's what I did.

Taking advantage of small companies that can't afford the legal fee's if they lose any part of the case thus banckrupting the company over something that clearly falls under Constitutional rights but can get overturned by Liberal judges in the Ninth Circus Court in California... Yeah, I'm sure this makes you feel real proud to be an American...

I like Toyota's and have bought a used Lexus for my wife that ran great for its age so I have nothing against a good company that makes quality products foriegn or domestic. However I always place American cars first because I do feel they need our help and I like the designs better. GM has never gone after over one single website they wanted. nissan Motor didn't offer money to buy the website outright, they sued them first and offered money afterwards after years of battle once they lost the case and lost the appeal and millions spent... Go figure...

And if they had offered him a cash buy out... do you really think 'Mr.Nissan' would have made himself look bad by including that on his site?

Im going to be straightforward with you. Nobody (and i mean nobody) likes to screw people over like the Chinese/Japanese. (just look at the GTR)

I have family in international buisness and i hear all the time about how slimy those people are.

However, you have to imagine id be cheaper for Nissan to just buy him out, and at the end of the day that $$ figure is all they care about.

Nissan did offer Mr. Nissan 15 million on the table after they had lost the court cases against him however he refused it out of pride I imagine..Good for him that he isn't budging..
