Lets brag about your LG Motorsports Cams(G5 & G6 series) power numbers!!!

Looking to put a cam in soon. Heard the LG's were good. What did you put in, and what are your numbers before and after? NA stock block cars only please as I will be running NA for a long time. Thanks!!!!

if you look you will see that a g6x3 powers the fastest cam only camaro on this board. Sums it all up right there.

To be honest, I have seen numbers from 444hp/411tq to the 480hp/440tq the man above states. I'm just trying to get a few more folks to post up some numbers.

How do you know if it's smaller if LG doesn't release the specs on their cam?

Cam Dr. is your friend! That would be one way. A cam card would be another and they ONLY use comp grinds. So once you have the valve timing and the general lobe width and hieght it is an easy plug and play with a current Comp Lobe chart. You will need a LSK and a XFI chart if you are interested in the EXACT specs of a G6X3

EVERYONE says they have a CUSTOM grind and do not kiss and tell specs. It is a COURTESY. I would never openly post someones specs but cam design is NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

Everyone has a theory and the truth of the matter is that it is personal preference with the trade offs that are offered from high lift to low lift, positive overlap to negative overlap and lastly but DEFINATELY not least is lobe seperation and lobe timing.

PRETTY SIMPLE TO ME!

Is that with just a cam or with heads/porting/etc too? If just cam, send me a PM on your selection.

LMR averages 480rwhp with there cam only installs. I still think they have the record at 504rwhp with there stage 3 cam kit. Give them a call for pricing and availability.

We have installed 2 g6x3 cams in ls3 camaros in the last 2 weeks. Both made 475 rwhp, which is good and drivability is pretty good as well.

That seems awfully low considering you have head work & port work done also. What kind of dyno?

Dynojet 224 with the small drum. The unit was calibrated by Dynojet as recent as last year.

IT IS WHAT IT IS!

We WILL NOT manipulate our dyno to make a number. It is a PE tuning tool and that is the extent to which we use it.
