I'm sure Scott will have something to say to someone about that... cups in a show car.....

However, I think the back seats will be perfed for the kids and car seats. It looks like the fronts are pretty far back so there me be even a little more room.

Maybe, just maybe, they were trying to show where the cup holders were. With these cars up on a pedestal and the public kept yards away, it could be hard to see where the cupholders were.

Now, if they were doing it for that reason, the least they could do is a product placement deal with Coke, Starbucks, etc... to earn a bit of extra cash for GM.

Hahaha. I'll post the rest of them that I took later today. And I'll be going again this weekend to go say my farewells.

I don't want to make a new thread to ask a question but you didn't happen to see them open the door did you? I ask because I want to know if the window automatically moves down like a half inch as you pull the handle. I think the mustang does this but not sure, I think its kinda cool but not totally necessary if the window has a good seal to the door frame. Maybe someone who went to indy would know this. sorry for the potential thread jack.
I think they do. I'm pretty sure when I saw Scott unlock the silver SS that the window went down a tiny bit before he opened the door.

man I love those seats. They look so much more upscale with all the extra stiching. I hope the eventually offer a leather/sued option for the seats.

Gray Leather

I'm pretty sure this was mentioned somewhere here, but couldnt find an answer. Need some help.

I've ordered the RS/2SS Silver Ice Metallic Camaro with the gray color leather seats. All of the pictures I have seen have black leather interior, but looks gray due to the flash.

My question is, will the gray leather option that I selected look like what the black leather pictures of the Silver Ice Camaro look like since they look gray to me?

I'm thinking that black might be too dark for me here in Hawaii due to the heat, but I am wondering if the gray might be too light and not look very good with a Silver Ice Metallic color for the exterior.

Your thoughts please!

Personally, I think the Camaro screams "Black interior required" but maybe that's because I've been living with Chevrolet "gray" leather in my C1500 for 8 years and blah beige in my wife's Expedition for 2 years.

Here is the "Gray" leather interior for the 2009 HHR:

The "Titanium" leather interior for the 2009 Malibu (Don't think we are getting this one):

The "Ebony" leather interior for the 2009 Impala SS:

And the "Neutral" leather interior from the 2009 Impala (closest thing I could find to Beige, besides Cashmere which looks similar):
