I would love to come up there and take part in both of the events in Fremont! Each day is booked with Car Shows in Western Nebraska. I am headed to Chadron on July 10th for their town celebration.

BeanDip - Are you planning on coming to Hastings this weekend?

I took the time off for it but it turns out that our 3 kids have each have baseball and softball games. Our oldest is in a tournament so mom will be one on one with her. The other two will have me playing zone.

The North 27th street Culver's continues to draw a big crowd of cars on Friday nights, I'm told that on the first and third Friday's there is a DJ. We should all gather there sometime.
PS: Won my 8th trophy over the weekend(6 first place, 2 first loser) and it was the anniversary of the first car show that I ever went to or won anything at. So since I've come full circle now, I can, unlike my hero Brett Favre, happily retire from the car show league!

I've stopped by Culver's a couple times again so far this year, usually only one other 5th gen there when I do. Always lots of nice cars there.
Would be cool to set up a group to come in about the same time so we can park together.

first, Thanks for your gratitude!....My big plan is to go home from every shift in good health.....Luckily I can say that the citizens of Lincoln are great and dont get us in too much trouble! My crew is very safety oriented and we watch out for eachother all the time. The weather has been crazy.....I got called in last night and within 10 minutes, we emptied every firehouse for power lines down of direct house lightning strikes! Good Ol' Nebraska Weather!
