need some help on how to file a complaint with gm. i have a factory defect which is a bad weld on my exhuast that hold the center bushings which in turn makes my exhuast uneven. my chevy dealer says they cant fix it which i think is

BS.

any info would be appreciated thanks to all in advance

Is one of the tips just a little off center in the hole?

There isn't anything in that exhaust that can't be tweaked a bit with a little heat and leverage.

When I was a tech and we needed to adjust an exhaust to perfect the tip position - find a good safe spot to heat up with a torch. Put some wood blocks between the exhaust and underbody, and a stand under the exhaust - both ahead of where you want it to bend. Warm it up with the torch, and give it a yank or a pry...

If they are incapable of aligning an exhaust, I'd try a better dealer.

Sorry to hear about that. Just try to go to other dealer. Some dealers really suck at warranty. Warranty is a funny thing, sometimes it is hard to get paid from GM for certain things and it is just how the individual dealer does up the warranty claim.
