Factory Striping

Odd! I just got a call from my dealer that the factory doesnt install striping? I ordered the Cyber Gray Rally Striping (Code B7W) back during the first week we could put in our orders and just now got informed about the factory striping.

I suspect he ordered the (VYY) dealer installed code, but I was wrong and it was the B7W that was orignally ordered. I understand no dealer striping installation here since our service department is run by Servco and not Chevy.

Anyone else encountered this problem? He is still researching it since I also put in the Chrome wheel package, changed the interior leather from gray to black and removed the sunroof.

Sorry, your right. I meant that I orignally ordered the RS Package and couldnt order the 20" Polished Wheels (Q9J) then. Since I am submitting updates to my order that I also added Q9J to my order.

Just wanted to post last comment on this thread.

I ended up getting my factory rally stripping. Sounds like that they did make an error on the original order and ordered the wrong RPC Code (dealer installed Gray stripping). I was lucky that I needed to update my order and the error was caught early enough to fix. (It was interesting that I wasnt making any changes to the stripping, but it was rejected today when they were updating everything else). By the way, I had no problems adding the 20" Chrome Wheels to my order.
