I used the ice brand on my SS yesterday. Even used it on my stripes.

For Matte/flat black stripes I use Adam's Clear Polish. Best stuff I have found yet for them. Be careful with wax on the matte black.

Mothers Back to Black works very well on the vinyl stripes. Be careful with wax as it can be very difficult to completely remove from the rough stripes and leave white residue on them.

Yes you can use Turtle Wax Ice polish on the stripes. I just applied a coat this weekend to mine. It leaves no residue on anything.

As always, start with a little and test it in a small spot....see how it goes.

I talked with a striping specialist. Turtle Wax Ice is what he uses. He says the additive you have to lookout for is Petroleum Distillates (found in most waxes). This will break down the vinyl overtime. Look at the back of the bottles to see if it has this. If not listed, you are good.

I applied the Turtle Wax Ice to my entire car (stripes and all) just like the directions stated. I think the stripes have almost a glow after I applied the Ice. They look great

Thanks to all for this post and response. I have been wondering the same question and was about to begin researching the same question. I love my flat stripes and figured there had to be a simple way to treat both the paint and vinyle stripe the same. Thanks again.
