Mine works just fine.
Shipping is not really any slower than say AAC or RPI for their products in my experience. All 3 vendors took 2 weeks or more to get product from.
It plugs in between the harness plugs on the passenger side by the bumper, no hacking into the harness or permanent mods. I'm very happy.

I just ordered mine today, and if it takes too long to get a response I will do what others have done, contact PayPal. Hope it does not come to that though. Thanks for all the info about this adapter.

Ordered mine on June 1st and finally received it on the 21st. After 2 emails and no response. Contacted paypal and escalated claim status then I got it in 2 days.

On the other hand it works perfect and only took 5 minutes to hook up, using ramps I didn't need to remove inner fender or wheel.

Oh yeah I got my lights from AAC in about 4-5 days, with multiple notices about shipment status.

for pics see this thread

Call your credit card company and tell them you did not receive your item and you will not be responsible. They will go after them and they will credit your account..

Installed mine today, here is a picture. I just turn the wheel sharply to the left, unscrewed the three hex bolts. Pulled the wheel well cover back and it was sitting there, so I reached in unplugged the factory harness and plugged in the adapter harness. Did a good tug to make sure it was connected good. I cranked the car and the DRL were on and then I turn the headlights were on manual and all lights came on. Very happy with the product but not to happy that the company has a bad customer service. Contacting them twice and no replied. Ordered the product a week prior and today it shows up in my mail box. Only way I knew it was shipped is that I looked on Paypal and it said shipped and had a tracking number for USPS.

Mine did that once too. It was because it came loose, since it does not snap on very well. I decided to tape it up that way it does not happen again.

Yeah that was the problem with mine as well. I reconnected both side and it worked again. I havent taped it but if it happens again I will make sure to do that. Thanks you for the advice. I also learned that they do no work when the vehicle is off. The vehicle must be running before you can switch them in manual mode. If you dont the system goes crazy.
