that's ok. Tsp isn't willing to have their intake tested when every one of their competitors in the known Universe is. Chances are, they have something to hide and that's not the intake you want.
Search this board for jannettys upcoming intake shootout

TSP has nothing to hide. What would they be hiding? I think your car may be hiding some HP if you purchase another brand CAI. I have the TSP cold air kit. It's a very good product.

They may not but should have participated in Jannetty Racing's CAI v2 test. To the OP, wait until Ted completes the next test. You will find some valuable info to base your decision once completed. |

I just installed mine from CAI Inc a couple hours ago and couldn't be happier. The performance increase was surprisingly noticeable. I already had a 3" magnaflow exhaust system on there, and lemme tell you, it sounds waaaaay better! I couldn't be happier. Thanks CAI!!!!

Link fixed and nothing to hide. That statement is pretty ridiculous. I think the video speaks for itself and shows that our kit works. We have thousands of dollars in equipment here at our facility. No reason to have anyone else test it for us.

CAI in Black from Apex Chase is an excellent product that combines performance with under-hood eye candy.

I got an R2C CAI and it has done WONDERS for my SS! Much lower tone once you get on it and I can feel a little more power to the engine....now that the magnaflow exhaust has been on for a little while it sounds even better!

ADM is my choice....
I used to hate the CAI intake.......it was plain butt ugly. Now they have it in black, and I like it. Mav

I'm sure you have tested yours, like everyone else in the jannetty test did, but unless you've tested yours along with practically every one of your competitors on the same car, on the same dyno, on the same day while allowing the entire world to watch every step streamed live, then posted the final results on forums for all to see, you haven't done what they are doing. Your results simply can't be compared to theirs, unfortunately, and hopefully it costs you customers because that's no way to run a customer focused business. You were in the running for me before this decision, but I plan on supporting a company that is more trusting, transparent and honest with its potential customers.

Jon, your product may be good but I am sure you can appreciate why some people will be skeptical. They see the non-participation in the test as proof that you fear that your product is inferior. Your CAI might be average, but people will think it is bad.
