I bought a pair of splash guards from RPI and they have done a good job protecting the paint on the gills. They are not bulky like the OEM ones. More retro looking. I think the way they are fastened could be re thought as the rear had to be re attached at one spot by a pop rivet instead of the two sided tape they supplied which failed after a few miles. Check out the RPI site. They do not cost a lot.

those look cheap and flimsy...did i mention ugly?...id go with the GM ones...these dont look like they belong on the car...at least the GM ones do...its an aquired taste...it took a few days of seeing them on a car to really be sold on the idea of them being on mine...i actually like it...and knowing theyre protecting my car for a fraction of the price it would be for that ugly 3M film...i can stow away the tums

I also purchased these same splash guards from RPI for my IBM Camaro....I love them. Very stealthy.....don't even know there on the vehicle.

The film, or clear bra, is going to protect the front end, as I don't think the mud flaps will do a thing for that. Mine has saved many a mark, that's for sure. As for how it looks, if you get a good installer and a good product, it is barely noticeable if at all, without a closeup, looking for it type of inspection. Just my .02...

You can get them from the dealer now in most of the colors. I paid $265 for yellow ones and put them on myself. They are the exact same ones that you have.

I recommend to anyone buying a camaro that they get these at the time of the purchase because then they will be waranteed. You are eventually going to get them anyway.

I bought mine from GMparts direct, with shipping, they were less than $160, received them in less than a week....they are the same exact ones you get at the dealer. Just sayin.... for others who are thinking of buying them, don't get them at your dealer unless you wanna pay an extra $100. In fact, I just checked their site....they have lowered the price to $132. So you should be able to get them with shipping for less than $150. www.gmpartsdirect.com

Sometimes you have to check the dealer (multiple dealers) and gmpartsdirect to figure out which is the best deal.

$161.45 to your door from GMPD if you're outside NC. So no, you won't get them for less than 150.

yes, they are easy to install. took me about an hour using screwdriver, torx, 3/32nd and 5/16th bits, and center punch. detailed instuctions came with parts. 1 tip is raise front wheels off the ground so you can turn wheels left and right to create more work space installing the front two.paid 144.87 from gmpartsdirect. so far they work well and not that noticable, they blend in well.
