2010 Camaro RS i have to agree with you on this. I got my exhaust bout 2 weeks ago, and I'm in love with the growl that my exhaust makes even when idling. when i first get on the gas it literally gives me chills as i said in another thread on this website. When I'm driving around town and come to a stop everybody in town is asking me if my car is a V8. I'm loving this exhaust!! i side with him that there's is no other exhaust that should come into question when considering a V6 Camaro IMO

I love my flowmaster the only thing I did not like were the exhaust tips so I added OEM SS exhaust tips to my setup

Great review!!! I keep telling people how great the Flowmaster kit sounds, everybody loves it. Ive always said since the first time i heard it, it has the most v8ish sound of any v6 Kit, and it seems im not the only one that feels that way, Flowmaster did a great job with this system.

I have heard the MRT v2 and the FM AT side by side and they both sound great. I chose the Flowmasters due to the price difference. Anyone who gets either exhaust will be pleased with it.

So the FM tips are 4" right? And being they are clamp on can you see the actual clamp behind the tip? Or is it pretty well hidden.

I've been debating for the past 2 days about buying these. I haven't removed anything from my car except the intake and cutting out the exhaust is a big thing from wanting to keep it factory. Even though that exhaust is junk.

I have a welding fab shop so I'll probably just tig them up if I decide to get them.

Any final thoughts Camaro 5 family? Haha

You guys allmost have me sold on this flowmaster axle back exhaust, I just need that slight push to cut the factory system. One question, are you guys having these welded on or just using the clamps? If I decide to go this route, should I just clamp them on and then take my car to a muffler shop to have them welded?

the tip clamp is almost invisible....u gotta really try to look for it to see it...well hidden...

also...i clamped...MA is retarded about aftermarket pipes...so incase i get shit at the inspection bay i can just swap out....i suggest doing this just incase...id rather do that and not need to...than weld it...and something come up where i kick myself for not clamping

use a neumatic wrench for the clamps and them shits will be sealed tighter than a.... lol
