Removing TPMS
I am getting a new set of aftermarket wheels and was wondering is it worth me taking my old TPMS sensors out? Will they work better and how hard are they to remove?

Reusing them depends on what you're doing.
Are you reusing the stock tires? Then definitely reuse the TPMS. The tire shop will have no problem transferring them to your new wheels, as long as the new wheels are designed to accommodate them. If you're doing all new rims and tires, it might be better to just leave all the stock stuff as is for resale. New OEM TPMS sensors are about $60 each, which may also help your decision. Something else to consider. Make sure you research the TMPS rubbing issue on aftermarket wheels. There's a thread here detailing it. |

I just watched them transfer them on to my new rims, it's just a small module that screws to the inside. I would say yes, it's worth it to transfer them. I almost took a picture, I always wanted to know what those things looked like.
