I just don't like the look of the Mustang GT. It does absolutely nothing for me. |

I hear ya. It's not going to stand out in a crowd of Camaro's that's for sure, (well perhaps it would in a crowd being the only GT lol) however at this point I've had a years worth of standing out with my Camaro and even though it's been fun, I won't miss having cops pull me over just to mess with me. That is why I do not want another red/orange car. This Kona Blue looks really nice in person. A thousand times better than Imperial Blue offered on the Camaro. This color combination is rare though and dealers never order the glass roof so to get this you have to special order. I don't want a glass roof, however no dealer in Florida has a Kona Blue with saddle in GT form. There are a bunch of V6's but I don't want to downgrade since I'm used to the power. The reason I like the saddle leather color above is it reminds me of that old ferrari leather color interior but a little darker.

Great review. Each car has their plus & minuses. Thats just reality. I can live with my car's minus's. (and they are minor) |

Good on you sir! It is nice to have owner/unbiased reviews. I have owned both the Camaro and Mustang. Both have their endearing qualities and are great cars but the Mustang is a better fit for where I am going. It is nice to have folks take the blinders off and provide an objective view. I think many owners have tunnel vision and just don't want to have an open mind which is a shame. The world is full of great things if one allows their mind to explore/experience it. |

Ironically I did a search for R/T Challanger time slips and found this on Challengerforumz.com

I'm not under the impression Tomcat is a poser. I'm sure he can just scan his slip if he really needs to back up his 1/4 claim.
Lets not let another thread spiral down off topic. |

Not saying it didn't run the said time, just very skeptical it ran said time stock. And it isn't off topic because even if he is being honest his R/T is a freak and is not what should expected. |

I gotta thank you for a great post, U should right for a mag..
It was honest and right to the point. FWIW, I am a GM guy... I just love GM styling and power, that being said I'm impressed with the new mustang which I cant believe I am saying but the 2011 Stang is a great car. It looks good, handles well and is FAAAAAAAAAAST... I also like the Chally too, its the best looking in terms of retro (TO ME) and makes good power.. I love my Camaro and laugh when people wave and ask me questions. The camaro just looks good going down the road. Lastly I still have a real love for 4th GEN Trans Ams and to me they give you the best bang for the buck in terms of modding and price..I am a Pontiac guy at heart and loved both of my GTO's even though most people didnt like them..I honestly believe they are the REAL jewel of all of these cars in the last 10 year, they are built like a tank, look tuff (TO ME) and are fast.. Again I loved your post...

Haven't driven a Challenger (only sat in it...), but have driven the Camaro SS and '11 GT. In my case they were manuals, but I agree with almost everything you wrote in comparing the three.
