So were clear I do have an ls3. My exhaust is not louder according to me, its according to other camaro owners who also have ls3's. I don't believe video's of exhaust sound will do any exhaust justice unless you have a professional setup. Lock your exhaust is close to what I'm hearing, But I think while revving mine is a tad more raspier if that makes sense. Either way my main concern is there could be a leak somewhere. Also that decelerate popping sound is pretty loud, loud enough that with windows up ac on, the radio at a volume of 15, coasting down a hill in 3rd, the popping sound is easily heard with in the vehicle...

No..people who have 2010 LS3s are going to meets and saying the 2011 LS3 seems to have a better tone and slightly louder. We aren't talking about drastic changes...

Then do not go aftermarket, you seem to be a good fit with your stock. I think you are fine, but the Borla (for example) has very loud popping. Most of us like the sound though...?

I'm happy with the sound, but I want more. Originally I was thinking LT plus borla s-type or touring.

That would explain it, the popping isn't annoying, and I don't think its overly loud, but it is loud enough especially in low gears. Personally I want my car to have a deep tone that at idle is a growl, but comes alive in a beastly manner at full throttle.

They are the same. Just chop off the mufflers for $75 and be done until you get headers.

If you really want the LTs..try them FIRST before purchasing an exhaust. You may get the sound you want strictly from that addition. The LTs + S type will be LOUD

I've heard LT with the stock mufflers, it sounds good, but I want to get rid of those trash can mufflers. Maybe I will go with borla touring with LT, either way, I'm going to change the exhaust, just not sure exactly which way to go yet.

Show some pictures of the exhaust to see if there is any visual difference of the system.
