i think with that lean to it, it would be a good idea to put the exit hose on the top incase it fills up it would syphon oil into the intake unless you make sure it does not get too full , it will work with the hoses swaped around it does not matter it works both ways.

Don't think you would want a reverse flow of the oil vapors through the filter medium. Better leave those hoses routed the way they were intended.

klatterblast,
Did you run the hose from the drivers side valve cover to the top of the catch can and the from the side of the catch can to the throttle body. That's how I ran mine, wanted to confirm this is the way to route the lines

Doesn't need hose clamps with the type of hose fittings he's using.

That can looks so sharp it ought to be mounted on the dash board!

Ok....I just got done installing my catch can from Elite engineering....my question is...why are my hookups for my PCV different from the instructions?

http://eliteengineeringusa.com/Insta...vcc-Camaro.pdf

The intake PCV point is the same on the left but the one on the manifold isn't right below it...its all the way on the rear of the engine on the right side...did any one else experience the same thing? I had to go buy a longer hose to reach it....I will post pics if needed..My car was built in 05/10 and its a 2010

Do you have an L99? I believe the PCV set up is different than on an LS3.

Attached please find the picture to make this easier. As you can see from the attached picture, just splice the Catch Can into the existing hard plastic PCV tubing. Just remember the Top of our Catch Can is the Inlet and the Side is the Exit.

Let me know if you have any other questions,

Steve
