2011 Camaro rear Bowtie removal leaves holes?
So many threads (LOL)!
Question: I want to remove the rear Bowtie emblem from a 2011 Camaro. As I understand it, removing the rear Bowtie on a 2010 Camaro leaves 2 holes (I have seen pictures posted on this site). Reading a thread today, removing the rear Bowtie from a 2011 Camaro leaves NO holes. Can anyone please confirm if removal of the rear Bowtie on the 2011 Camaro leaves no holes. Please do not guess if application of the rear bowtie is different between 2010 and 2011 models. Info from Chevrolet manufacturing would be much appreciated. |

No holes on my 2011 SS either! I just remove it tonight ready to install a black gloss bowtie I just received... Sorry for the crappy iPhone pic, but it was dark when I took this:

I can bet there will be 2011 owners that want to put a LED bowtie on and can't now that there is no hole. So it all depends on the look you want.

Anyone want to buy an all black gloss bowtie for a 2010 Camaro? I got one for my 2011 and it won't fit. Hmph!
I actually like it better without a bowtie back there though.
