Not sure why you're blaming the header system when the OP says he has cut-outs. ARH systems don't leak unless installed incorrectly.

Jags, Guaranteed the leak is coming from the cut-outs. Check for carbon build up at the sealing surface. Most common reason for leaks with cut-outs.

Jags, Your ARH system comes with cats unless ordered cat delete. Even without cats unless the tune is off by a bunch, the smell wouldn't be overpowering. I assure you the cats are not your problem.

ok guys thanks for all the input appreciate it! I went to a performance shop here the guy gave it a good look he said that the gaskets from qtp were too small and that he could feel some air coming through the 3 points where the bolts are, hes going to get bigger gaskets for them. Im going to jack up my car to see if its true but I believe him bec he said he would fix it for $35 seemed like a good guy too. HE also said I could buy locking bolts for the headers that way they never get lose and i dont have to worry about the headers
