Dump old oil. Remove old filter. Wipe down area where new filter seats to engine. Fill new filter with oil and install 1/4 to 1/2 turn past snug. Dump in new oil. Reset oil life system. Write down date, miles, etc. Start car and check for leaks.

Sorry? Changed at 501 miles. The oil was fairly clean as far as color. But I did use a brand new catch pan, and was surprised by the amount of metal shavings.

Opps, looks like you are half a quart low. She take 8.5 quarts to fill her up.

Yeah I figured that out after I finished. WHAT THE!!!! Had to go for another.

Almost like Butta?
