This is a question for all the dealers. I know the Supplier and military discount isn't being honored on the Camaro right now, but the dealership I pre-ordered from said if it because available when I picked up the car I can have it. So here is the thing. Am military and I also work at a place that gives the supplier discount. So is it possible to have both discount or do I have to pick one.

Military discount and supplier discount are the exact same. So no, you can't combine them.

I would imagine, just my thoughts, that the price will be what you ask for/got when y ou pre-orderd.

Now, some dealers may go the extra mile and give you a discount but I wouldn't count on it.

Plus, typically when you see rebates, price cuts, etc, they do not include their top models or models that are hot (CTS-V for example is not included in the Red Tag event right now).

GM says they have the "best damn military discount". If they don't offer it, I'll take my down payment and dump it into my Trans Am. Simple as that.

That said, GM gives a military discount on the Corvette so I doubt they'd pull it from the Camaro.

Edit: The Build Your Own page on GM's military discount site shows a cheaper price for the ZR1, but the front page says it's not included. Confusing.

Nope. No discount on the ZR1. The military discount is the same as the supplier so keep an eye out for threads on that. It's unclear whether it'll be offered or not but there is a "Camaro Concept" on the options you go to get authorization. So who knows....

they are giving the gm military discount on the camaro if you go to the gm military discount site you can get a go code for the camaro most dealers don't know that yet. i got a go code for a camaro from the gm military site and gm even sent me a wall poster for getting a go code hope this helps. Ah, yeah. I did that too. The poster is an orange Camaro, right?

yea it is, they aren't selling the concept camaro the go code is so you can place an order for a camaro now it will get updated to just camaro when they start producing them, most dealers may not want to give you it and it's up to the dealer to honor it or not you can call the help line on the gm military discount site they can give you more detail on it. Hard to say. As far as incentives and programs go, the Camaro does not exist as yet. You may have a wait until the discounts are available through GM. When they launched C6 convertibles when excluded for 6-12 months, same with ZO6. It is all a guess until they announce programs.

i also have a go code with the one that says concept, and i also have the supplier discount go code. and it expire june. so if they don't take one i can try the other one.

yea if don't use it in the required time you can go back in and get a new go code, or if you know that you will not use in the time allowed you can go in and cancle it. Montrose
