I'll be at the CHICAGO show on February 14th.....not working, but DROOLING.

I only get to work the shows that DON'T have a Camaro....Milwaukee Auto Show, and The Milwaukee Sports Show. I usually choose the sports show - the Chevy staff that worked that lst year were AWESOME~!!!!!!!!

If you're going to Chicago on the 14th of Feb, shoot me a PM.....

My intent is not to flame you --

We learned at Indy that no matter what you do, some people will look at a pre-production interior and 'not get it' -

Yup -- there we were - -the Black/White IVER --- with hard plastic panels on the doors and I.P...................I said time and time again "these are not the production door panels...yaddayaddayadda...." -- and SURE enough........I overheard several people say - "I hate this interior - these door panels look cheap compared to the Mustang" --

Soooooooooo...........until we get production intent cars with grained and finished interiors -- cars cannot be opened............

There MAY be a few shows that have a car that's open - but I cannot at this point in time tell you which ones...........

*coughcoughNAIAScough*

Take the hint.............. Im betting its good! Just remember that early in production they may not be at every show! Not trying to be a downer...... Im just sayin! I dont know the Guru but Im sure he will say when he can what shows production Camaros will be at. Lets all be patient!

It's cool, I originally convenienced my son to buy a Camaro 2LT vs Honda Accord V6 Coupe without having any brochures to send him or real cars to look at. Having seen pre-production cars in the past I fully agree with you that they can look "tacky", your confidence is all I need. Thanks for setting me straight.

I'm sure he'll be happy with the SS since he won't see the car until he takes delivery after he gets back from Iraq.

Well a 1/4 of the auto makers pulled out for one. Even though I go pretty much just for the GM displays. I have a feeling the atmosphere is going to be a little different this year because of all that's going on with the big three.

I'm planning on taking the train and going to Chicago for the weekend with a few buddies and going to the Chicago auto show anyways.... Mckormick center is bigger than Cobo.
