Yo dudes, it's just a intake. They all seem to do well in the test. Pick the one you like.

The real test is at the track. If not racing your car, I think anyone of the intakes are worthy.

Now when sitting in the staging lanes with the car at idle, I want the one that starts out with a lower IAT temp and drops fast from the get go.

Probably only worth just a bit but every tenth counts.

It was 33 hp but not peak hp - it raised the midrange tq enough to gin 33 hp over stock in the mid range. Very little peak change.

Are you claiming Jannity Racing lied/fudged the test? If so, you had better be prepared to back up your claim before you talk.

Otherwise, better for you to not say anything at all ... dude.
That was one or two runs on a car with no tune. After the ECU in the car re-adjusts the A/F compensate for the intake that HP goes away. Learn more about the car you drive before you push some paper around.

Please go read the testing variables and read the results. We ran the cars long enough on the dyno to stabilize the fuel trims. You can even re-watch all the testing on justin.tv.

Thanks,
Nick

Superflow manufacturers some of the most accurate Dyno's in the world. Most manufacturers use Superflow for product development.

We have 60 MPH head winds on the Dyno to simulate real world conditions. This is not a Dyno that has no fan or the fan I have in my bedroom supplying air.

If you really have a problem or would like learn more I highly recommend calling Ted 203-753-7223.

I was there and witnessed the testing with my own two eyes, as well as our mechanic Nick. The results are accurate.

You can hook me up to a polygraph like Meet the parents, I'd be down

Hey guys... few comments from a V8 guy...

I noticed on the Janetty Racing sheet the V6 is putting 250 hp to the tires. OK, so you need a 50 rwhp gain. Sorry but NO WAY will bolt ons and a tune get you there.

I have a RotoFab, 1 7/8 headers, no cats and and x pipe... yes I still run the factory mufflers for now... and a tune. My car runs great but it only picked up about 45 rwhp with all that. Lets look percentage... I picked up 13% with bolt ons and a tune, you want 20%. Not going to happen. The headwork and cam will get you there but man thats a lot of bank to only have 300 rwhp. Should have just got the SS. (save the why I bought an LT over an SS agruement)

Another thing to consider is torque. What do you want to go FAST or get there QUICK. To be 100% honest, I could care less about HP, its the torque I want. I want to pin you in the seat. I dont care how "fast" the car is, I want it to be "quick". Look at boosing your torque. Thats where the fun comes in.

Good luck on your quest... youre going to need it!
