I'm not in the market to buy a new Camaro yet, but these 2 colors are my favorite and I can't decide which I like better either.

I'm guessing that IOM would be a little easier to keep looking clean. RJT is darker so dust and dirt will show up more. Of course, after 14 years in a black Z28, any other color will be easier to keep looking good.

I'm thinking if I decide on a V6, without the RS's 20" wheels and rear spoiler, I'd go for RJT to have a more classy look rather than a muscle car/aggressive look. But then again IOM would look good optioned that way too.... Tough choice.

RJT, and here in MA it is just a myth about insurance premiums and red cars. S/W my carrier before purchase and was told there is no additional charge.

I agree that the two colors send a diff message. IOM-I'm here-I'm BAD-I'm ready to rock. The RJT is more subtle and IHO has a more 'classy' look. Not better, just a perception. For what it's worth the RJT requires more finesse with detailing. There are NO second chances w/ this sorry to admit it-CRAPPY paint. I'm in Myrtle Beach this week and have nothing but compliments and thumbs-up about my RJT. I would get the dealer to put both side by side and let a certain part of your anatomy make the call. Either way you will have one awesome car!Good luck!

IOM doesn't shine the way RJT does. There is very little reflection from the IOM.
RJT ftw

And Black says I am dark and evil, my soul is dark and evil. Those are not brake lights, that is the pulse of my lava soul. I am Satans chariot. I am also elegant and formal. I ooze sophistication.

Proof: Ever seen a JRT or IOM Tuxedo? Any ladies own the little IOM or RJT dress? Nope.

RJT! I love the way it seems to change, almost like a mood ring. Feeling feisty in the sun, she glows. I have to admit is does show dust easily but well worth the effort. She turns heads everywhere I go, even had Cruz Pedregon crew leaning out of their car checking her out at the NHRA Dragraces in Sonoma.

Depends on what grabs you...

I love my RJT and I don't know what others are talking about -- I specifically asked my insurance company about a higher premium for red and they said No...only difference in costs is 2 door vs 4 door....so...
Check with your company first if that's an issue...
