Hey KMPrenger,
Funny how the english language seems so simple but when written can be so misunderstood. Thanks for clearing things up. I still feel better that I "let it out"

I should be close by the end of this week. I have MBRP catback, Airaid CAI, and am having jet coated American Racing LT headers and high flow cats installed this week. I did one dyno before and came in at 265 but that was with the old Airaid intake and the MBRP. I now have the new Airaid so i'm gonna have one dyno done before the header install and one after. Will post results after.

hmmm, u want 300rwhp w/ no boost or juice... thats going to be some $money$... let us know when you get it, it would be awsome to see!!

dont listen to all the know it all's and the so called Veteran's of the website, no one really cares how long anyone has been on a forum. Just share your knowledge... I hate when people come off as a know it all, from what I have seen; most people that are on this site have a very good knowledge base for mechanics/electronics.

I like that allot of you guys are modifying the V6, it can be done, I dont see it happening w/ out cracking open the motor though!

That was 33hp at the motor...not the wheels

Might want to alter your AirRaid box to get more airflow so it does not cause your IAT readings to go skyhigh while your dynoing....check out the last couple pages of then Jannetty intake testing thread for details.

True, it was at the wheels, but was also not at peak. That was the gain around 5,400 rpm, but at peak it was more like 18. That said, I still think the gains are are awsome with LTs.

Now I'm not jumping on you, calling you wrong, or trying to start an argument or ANY of that. I'm just curious.

What kind of tuning are you waiting for on this V6? A custom tune to alter the transmission, AFR, and timing is already available.

So I'm wondering what else you are looking for? If you waiting for that 'magical' tune that unlocks some kind of hidden potential in a stock motor, that just may not be possible at all. But maybe it is..I dont know forsure. But if that is what you wanting, then yes I agree with you. Not available.

He has posted that (probably word for word) several times that I have seen and apparently hasn't read any of the responses.

I could have sworn that I saw a stock m6 dyno around 280 rwhp. I think it was tested by Airaid. If you have a manual, you should be able to hit 300 without breaking the bank.

Could have been, but thats on the high side compared to the more typical results we've seen. Autos are dynoing around 240 to 250 and the manuals are in the 260 plus range.
